Alison Warren | Associate Director of Development
Alison joined Michigan Radio in 2014 and works as the Associate Director of Development. Although she doesn’t have a background in radio, she grew up listening to the station.
Alison oversees Michigan Radio’s Membership program including membership drives, where she combines her passion for philanthropy and Michigan Radio. She enjoys sharing her passion for all things Michigan Radio with listeners and members.

Peggy J. Watson | Operations Manager
Peggy J. Watson began her career at Michigan Radio in 1983 as a Production Assistant after graduating from Western Michigan University. At that time, Michigan Radio was primarily a classical music station.
Kate Wells | Reporter
Kate Wells has been a reporter at Michigan Radio since 2012. Her reporting at the station runs the gamut, from the wrongful conviction of a 14-year-old boy in a quadruple homicide, to refugees building new lives in this state, to how swing voters helped Donald Trump turn Michigan red. Jodi is Michigan Radio’s Digital Director, leading and developing the station’s overall digital strategy. She works with the news, programming, marketing, and membership teams to present the work Michigan Radio does in an engaging way. She spends a lot of time thinking of new ways to connect listeners to the station across a variety of digital platforms.

Rebecca Williams is senior editor in the newsroom, where she edits stories and helps guide news coverage. She’s been with Michigan Radio for 18 years, and she’s spent most of that time as a reporter and producer, and host of the Environment Report.
