A lifelong resident of metro Detroit, she has been on television and radio in Southeast Michigan since 1979.

Sam is currently a production assistant intern with Stateside, working to give Michiganders a better window into what’s going on in the state. After completing his undergrad degree, he went to Vietnam to teach English and learn Vietnamese. When he’s not at Stateside, he’s writing as an editorial intern for the Metro Times.
